A professional certification programme for coaches, therapists,
TCM practitioners, and depth workers who want to bring
the full precision of the Conscious Fractality System
into their clinical and coaching practice.
Currently in development. The architecture is complete.
The first cohort is forming.
I want to be transparent with you about what exists now and what is still being built — because the people I want in this programme are precisely the kind of people who can tell the difference between a genuine work-in-progress and a marketing placeholder.
The intellectual and methodological foundation of the programme is complete. The five diagnostic instruments exist and are functional. The nine-field cultivation protocol is documented in full. The Oracle of Fractal Archetypes — the system's most distinctive tool — is available in its entirety. The philosophical grounding, the clinical application framework, the session scripts for the Decoding protocol — all of these exist.
What is still being built is the formal training infrastructure: the curriculum documentation sequenced for professional learning, the supervised practice framework, the assessment protocols for certification, the practitioner community platform, and the digital delivery system. That work is underway. The founding cohort will help shape it — which is both the limitation and the specific opportunity I am inviting you into.
The founding cohort will receive the programme at a significantly reduced founding price in exchange for deeper engagement, detailed feedback, and co-creation of the learning architecture. You will not be receiving a finished product. You will be receiving direct access to the system's creator, full access to all existing materials, and the opportunity to be among the first certified practitioners in a methodology that does not yet have competitors.
The NFCCA certification operates across three tracks, designed so that practitioners can specialise in the dimension most relevant to their existing professional context — or complete all three for the full practitioner designation.
Track A brings the depth of Chinese Five Element constitutional theory into direct clinical application across the nine fields of consciousness. This is not TCM as usually taught — it is TCM read through a fractal lens, tracing the same elemental pattern through the body, the emotions, the cognitive style, the relational signature, the life narrative, and the contemplative life simultaneously. For practitioners already trained in TCM or somatic work, this track provides the psychological and developmental dimension that most constitutional frameworks do not reach.
Curriculum CoreTrack B is the certification in the Oracle of Fractal Archetypes — the system's most clinically distinctive instrument. It teaches practitioners to administer and interpret the complete Oracle framework: 112 archetypal portraits across 16 personality configurations, the shadow identification protocol, the integrated archetype reorientation, and the type-specific Meta-Art practice approaches. This is the track most immediately applicable to coaches, therapists, and organisational practitioners — the Oracle shadow system provides among the most precise descriptions of recurring psychological patterns available in any professional format.
Curriculum CoreTrack C is the complete CFS practitioner certification — the full five-instrument diagnostic suite, the nine-session Anchor Pattern Decoding protocol, all nine fields of cultivation, and all four Meta-Arts as teachable practice systems. This is the most demanding and most comprehensive track, requiring genuine mastery of all prior content and 50 supervised client hours demonstrating competency across the full method. Practitioners who complete Track C hold the NFCCA Full Practitioner designation, subject to annual supervision and continuing development.
Curriculum Core — Beyond Tracks A & BThe programme is not a series of lectures to be absorbed and then applied. It is a developmental process that mirrors the system itself — moving through the same four phases (Perception, Decoding, Reorientation, Cultivation) that the client journey moves through, but at the level of the practitioner's own professional and personal formation.
The founding cohort will be small — ten to fifteen practitioners — to allow for the depth of supervision and direct access that this stage requires. Register your interest below and you will be among the first to receive full programme details, founding pricing, and the application when it opens.
The best preparation for the practitioner training is genuine personal engagement with the system. Take the assessments. Read the materials. Do your own work. Practitioners who arrive at the training having already lived with the system — even for a few months — move through it with a depth of understanding that no amount of theoretical preparation alone produces.
